We are 3 female students of the University of Southampton, due to a change of situation we now have a spare double room in a 4 bedroom house on Thackeray Road, Portswood, a prominent student area. Tenancy starting from July 2012. The rent is £82 a week plus bills and the deposit is £375. The bedroom includes a double bed, a desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers, all you need to do is bring a desk chair.
